二、申请人资格要求

a. Hong Kong registered company;

b. At least 2 nos. vertical green contracts of Hong Kong development (In progress / completed) in the past 10 years. The final account sum or awarded contract sum of at least 1 project that the sum of vertical green works shall not be less than $5M.

c. The asset-to-liability ratio over the past five years should be equal to or greater than 1:-
- If the ratio is below 1 in the earliest two years, there must be a upward trend, reaching 1 or higher by recent three years.
- If this is not achieved, or If the ratio is below 1 in the recent three years, provide additional proof of financial strength, such as bank guarantees, letters of credit, or support from the parent company.

d. The reportable accident rate per 1,000 workers per year in the past 5 years should not exceed 22.
- If this requirement is not met, safety audit reports issued by registered safety auditor or safety review reports issued by safety review officer, in accordance with the F&IU (Safety Management) Regulation, for the previous 5 years must be provided to support the application. Each report must not be rated as "Not satisfactory".

四、资格预审申请文件的提交

资格预审申请文件提交截止时间：_ 2026-01-02 12:00:00 __（北京时间，若有变化另行通知）。

资格预审申请文件格式和内容：申请人应根据上述资格要求逐项提供证明资料（扫描件），并对提供的证明资料完整性和真实性负责。

资格预审申请文件提交方式：在资格预审申请文件提交截止时间前，通过润汇采（国际版）提交电子资格预审申请文件，逾期提交将被拒收。若采购人要求线下提供纸质资格预审申请文件的，按相关要求提供。

资格预审审核结果将通过润汇采（国际版）进行发布，请关注相关通知，资审通过的供应商请按通知要求进行后续操作。
